Asian Grilled Pork Chops


Marinated chops done up on the grill. Serve with steamed veggies and rice for a complete dinner,

Ingredients

8 Bone-in pork chops, 1-inch thick
4 cups orange juice
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup honey
2 tblsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions

	Step 1: Place pork chops in resealable storgage bag. Whisk together remaining ingredients, pour over pork chops. Refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.

	Step 2: Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Remove pork chops from marinade and grill 7 to 9 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees. Discard marinade.
